Beautiful Canon 514XL in good condition with a small defect.
The recording meter is broken off as can be seen in image 3, but at an oblique angle you can see how far the recording is.
This defect has no impact on the quality of the film.

Developed according to the basic design policy of "compactness", this model revised the basic construction of the best-selling Auto Zoom 518SV Super 8 model.

A new type of 5x f/1.4 zoom lens was developed, with 13 elements in 11 groups to achieve both high performance and compactness. Macro shots at both the wide-angle and telephoto sides became possible. A self-timer was built into the camera that allowed 10 seconds of photography with a 10 second delay. The power source, which used only two AA batteries, was located on the top of the camera and the compact folding handle folded towards the bottom of the camera. This layout innovation achieved a body of only 39 mm wide. The extensive use of plastic resulted in a light weight of 620 grams, including batteries, but it also had a high-quality black housing.
