One object, one parcel, packed for the thing it is.

What it costs

Parcel. Netherlands €4.95. European Union €13.95. United States €30.00. Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom €15.00.

Letterbox, for the flat and light things that fit one. Europe €4.50. Canada €5.00. United States €14.00. Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore and the United Arab Emirates €10.00.

Which of the two applies depends on the object. The rate for your order is shown at checkout, before you pay, and nothing is added afterwards.

When it goes

Objects are packed and sent within two working days. Everything is tracked, and you get the tracking number when the parcel leaves, not when the label is made.

Duty and import tax

If you are outside the European Union, import duty and tax are worked out and charged at checkout. The courier collects nothing at the door.

This costs us more than the alternative, and that is the point: a parcel that arrives with a demand attached was not honestly priced.

Packing

Cameras travel with the lens protected and the body suspended. Ceramics travel double-boxed. Nothing travels in a padded envelope.

Boxes are reused where they are sound enough. That is deliberate, and the saving goes to the object rather than to anybody's margin.

If it does not arrive

Tell us, and we chase the carrier. That is our job, not yours. Everything here is a single object, so there is nothing identical to send instead; if a parcel is lost, you get the whole amount back, delivery included.
