Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted you may return the product at your own expense. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item so we can assess and resolve the problem.
Exceptions/non-returnable items.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable items (such as food, flowers or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or comments about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the item is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without giving any reason. As above, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with labels and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and verified your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not.If the refund is approved, your money will be automatically refunded to your original method of payment within 10 business days.Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and process the refund.
