This Super 8 camera model from Bauer was the flagship in their model range at the time and therefore also the professional device for the demanding filmmaker.
When this camera came out, the Angènieux with a focal length of 1:1.4 / 6-90 mm = 15x zoom was simply the telephoto gun compared to the competition.
The high-speed Angènieux lens brings two stops more light onto the film than normal in poor lighting conditions thanks to the "Existing Light" XL extension (sector rotation stop 200°).
